Hello, gentle readers! Hope you are all well and staying safe!
So, by the time you read this, I will be
winging my way across country to spend a long weekend with fellow writer and
extraordinary critique partner, Lexi Post. It’s been a while since I’ve seen
her and her DH (whom I’m very fond of as well).
I am so looking forward to this trip! There’s
so much to talk about, to catch up on (even though we talk on a regular basis,
but there’s something different when it’s face to face as opposed to Zoom).
Of course, we’ll be talking books and writing
and our latest projects (and everything else under the sun). We’re like a pair
of magpies, hardly taking a moment to breath during conversations (and I so
love this!). We’re also going to hit the beach (and I can’t wait….it’s been a
long time since I’ve been to the beach!).
I do plan on getting some writing done in the
mornings (because that’s my usual writing time), but mostly, we’ll be visiting.
I’m so excited!
